I had to call in to update our QuickBooks adaptor after updating our QuickBooks. Our tech was awesome on point, quick and seemed to know exactly what she was doing. I have called in a few times before but this is the first time I had spoken to this Tech. We had no issues following our phone call with her and I didn't have to call tech support back to fix anything after the update, which has happened before for us in the past but not this time.

Had some issues with getting in touch with the help desk a couple of times. The wait time was somewhere from 30 - 60 minutes on two different Saturdays. During the week the wait time is not as bad but it could still use some assistance. Once I was able to get a person on the phone EVERY TIME the individuals were very nice and helpful.

Tech support was very helpful but the phone system gave a bit of trouble had to call multiple times to finally get my selection to register and then the call disconnected. Had to then go through the whole process again, but when I finally spoke to a human being they resolved my issue promptly and effectively.
