We get at least monthly, sometimes as much as weekly SPAM from this company. When you try to unsubscribe, it just opens up a new browser window with no direction to an unsubscribe page. The only other way is to sit on hold after calling them for who knows how long. We did not sign up for any spam from this company and have already told Intuit that we are angry at them for sharing our info. August 31 2023 - still sending unwanted spam. Has not responded to any attempts to contact them and we are now receiving weekly or bi-weekly spam.

Program NEVER ran properly. They had to use an outdated server to get the program to install on my computer (brand new pc) but refused to give the updated one I actually purchased, although I have the updated program. Constantly asking for tech support, never receiving any. I have had to chase them to actually perform the support, and after waiting another 2 weeks for them to call and set up service time, they have DELETED my support calls!! THEY HAD NO INTENTION OF FIXING THEIR CRAPPY PROGRAM! I have paid for the tech support I have NOT received. They will NOT reimburse this money. DO NOT USE THIS SYSTEM!!! IT DOES NOT DO WHAT THEY CLAIM IT DOES!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

I think I was quite patient, working with AccuPos staff to try to get my new system up and working with my Sage 50 CA software. It turns out that it was not compatible as advertised. I have sent back my new POS equipment and have asked for a refund, but so far I have not received a penny in refund. My business is out-of-pocket $1400 for an all-in-one touch screen with built in printer, 3 months of a monthly subscription fee of $94, and $479 for the AccuPOS software, totalling $2161 USD. I have been waiting to hear back about a refund since the equipment arrived back at their office on April 23rd. Nothing. I was told several times that a refund would be 'determined' the first week of June. It's the second week of June now, and I have not heard from them. I am extremely disappointed and feel a fool to have trusted this company.

I’ve never had so many problems with a computer system. It’s crazy that I’ve had to purchase a computer system that would not run properly without having to pay for monthly support. I have to call in all the time because you always have to fix something. You should make a system that works properly or compensate your customers for all their wasted time

Poor customer support and dishonest information provided on shipping status of hardware necessary to replace defective goods. Long time customer improperly supported during purchase of new hardware and upgraded software package.

When I bought this system I was assured that certain reports and functions were a part of the operating system. They were not. Adding inventory as it comes in is tedious since you have to add it in inventory and then go to the item and add how many are available. This should be one function. Lately the system has been buggy and the first few trx of the day freeze, lose part of the trx, etc. It is very annoying when you are trying to finish a trx and get a receipt for a customer. Grouping items: If you need to take something off a group it deletes it from being able to be put back on that group. Since there is a spot to put in how much the item costs their should be a report similar to sales by item summary but cost of goods by item summary. One other point about putting additional inventory into the system is that it deletes the section of the item for the cost of goods. Sales and Promotions: You should be able to select several items and discount them by percent. Not by item type but by brand.There are too many steps to put an item on sale. This system is not retail friendly.
