The platform offers high-quality content and many helpful videos, but my experience did not match the promises of fast progress and strong encouragement. Although my coach was good and attentive, I am comparing the promises with the real situation, and the gap is noticeable. The videos are long, the steps require considerable time, and some features are locked behind a points system even after paying a high fee. It seems more suitable for PhD students who are still learning the basics rather than busy professionals who need quick results. There is also limited focus on data analysis, which is the most important part of the research. The six-month access period feels too short, considering the amount of material and the effort required to benefit from it. Overall, despite the strong content quality, the platform did not provide the value or ease of use I expected.

I'm sorry to hear that your progress didn't live up to your expectations. We take your points on board and appreciate your sharing them. 1) videos are on average 30-40 minutes long. This is needed for the detailed step-by-step guidance which most of our clients crave 2) It's important to note that no content or core services are currently blocked. We do have a points system that encourages engagement with the platform and other users, which most members find valuable. The points can unlock extra services for free (for example, receiving an extra round of feedback from the coach in addition to the regular weekly feedback, or having a 1:1 call with Marek). 3) About 40% of our clients currently are researchers. Some of the members are very busy professionals and have achieved amazing results. For example, Lizette Brits submitted 5 papers in 12 months, even though she works full-time as a pediatric surgeon (they have no all been published). You can see more of her story here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6o3ATsnmL7E That said, these results depend as well on how well the instructions and feedback from us are implemented by each person. 4) In terms of data analysis, we do have a whole module on qualitative data analysis. We don't have quantitative data analysis as it differs vastly from field to field (quantitative data analysis in economics is not even comparable to data analysis in bioscience or medicine or linguistics). We make it very clear that quantitative data analysis is NOT part of the service we provide. 5) We understand 6 months feels short. That said, what we've found is that the longer the time frame, the more procrastination kicks in following the infamous Parkinson's law. We also make it clear from the start that the service is for 6 months, and we do offer extensions for clients who want to continue beyond 6 months. Thank you again for the comment
