Abt ElectronicsReviews of abt.com

Very knowledgeable about the products and very helpful in assisting which appliances and features would be most suitable. He asked questions about my needs and what I would like to have etc to determine what brands had those features.

We always like going to abt but sometimes it can be overwhelming because there are SO many choices but that is a GOOD thing! It just becomes a process of elimination when purchasing what you want! Have a list of “must haves” and go from there lol

Kevin Kozlowski is fantastic to work with!!!!!

While shopping for my LG 55 inch TV I thought I'd call ABT to see if they would match a price. Well they couldn't but they were able to give me an additional discount that made it worth my while to purchase it. I dealt directly with a customer Svc Rep Sasha, who did the whole thing over the phone. The TV was backed ordered but arrived prior to expected date. Colors are as good as my plasma (excellent) but the definition not quite what I saw in store (could be my cable companies signal strength/older equipment).

Good pricing rewarding us for the $40k we’ve spent so far on our home. We refer a lot of people to our sales rep Tim and he makes each person happy with a good deal and great customer service. You should reward those who buy lots and bring you business. That’s a company’s lifeline in a competitive industry.

While we had a bit of a glitch with the installation Wolf Range (my electrical and gas line was in the wrong position) - Abt delivery/install team did a great job of explaining the issue and providing alternative. What really blew me away was, when I called Abt to fix the gas/electrical, customer service had photos of the issue which enabled a full understanding of the situation and seamless scheduling for additional service. The crew that came back to shift gas and electrical was also a joy to work with and they did a 5-star job.

The delivery guys on truck 2016 Rico and his helper were super attentive to my 86 year old Mom when they did the delivery and install. Gentlemen!

As usual ABT price and delivery time exceed the competitors.
