This review is solely for Jacob Bruce. I didn’t use this company because of housing issues and timeline of pickup. After signing two contracts and getting empty promises from two other company’s Jacob stayed in touch and tried to work our issue of finding a driver and closing window on our housing timeline. As a military family about to move from one coast to another I didn’t want tow a vehicle. Jacob professionalism and perseverance to stay on task and work the problem for two days to resolve our issue and come up with a comprise say everything I need to know about him. He explained the business and how it works with relationships from driver to broker and was upfront about everything in relation to other companies that literally scam you. When we move again I will start with Jacob Bruce and whatever company he’s with.
