We reached out to Abroc Enterprises due to being the most reputable service provider/broker that had contacted us when we made request on motor trans. Andre supported our family through the issue. We had to leave our car in the parking lot of a Walmart Service Center. The first service truck that Andre sent was not able to support our car, as it had sustained more damage than we initially anticipated. Without any additional cost, Andre found another service hauler with a winch. Andre was cautious to make sure that the hauler had adequate experience and insurance and held a reputable record of high standard shipping. We did not have to worry. Our vehicle arrived today, perfectly. It had all of our personal belonging and contents. The shipper was in touch with us throughout the adventure and held appropriate credentials to enter our military community. He was kind and knowledgeable. Andre contacted our family throughout the adventure as well to make sure that things were continuously going as planned! I needed to arrange for the shipment of a family member's car. I had never done this before and didn't know what to expect. Any questions that I had, Jack was always on top of everything to answer my questions. Initially the only drivers available were very pricey for me. I shared my concerns with Jack and him and his manager went above and beyond to get me what I needed and for time frame that I needed. He returned my messages very quickly, and really explained the transport process which I really appreciated!
