DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! SCAM!!!! We reserved a booking for a truck transport and first we were told that a driver would get dispatched the day before , that DIDNT HAPPEN! We tried to be flexible with dates and still no driver dispatched. In the contract you sign it states the $250 deposit is refundable if no driver can be found. LIE! We have been reaching out to the company for more than 2 weeks and have yet to get an answer/ call back/ or response! They stole our $250 deposit and ghosted after they STILL have yet to find a driver! Save yourself the headache and DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!

Complete scam artists. Was initially quoted $197 and then when I tried to schedule it went up to almost $500. I told the contact I was communicating with, Frank, that price was too high and wasn't interested. He told me he could get the original price and to send my $50 deposit. He then told me it would be just under $600! When I told him that was too high he stopped responding. I got a response message that he had been sick, then I got an excuse that their Zelle account wasn't working, then that same cycle repeated and then I was offered store credit, which I declined. I've left multiple messages at the main office but nobody answers or returns my calls. This has been going on for months now. Update: I was contacted the day after posting my review by the manager, saying the agent I was working with had been in a car accident 2 weeks prior and that's why I hadn't heard back. He asked me to take my review down bc it would be bad for business. He told me I'd have my refund that night. No refund that night, or the next night, but it did arrive late the following day... Along with multiple calls and texts asking me to remove my review since I got my money back. I want people to know my experience so I'm not taking it down. I got emails from this review site informing me that Abroc accused me of defamation, then a follow up saying they didn't see any evidence of that. Then more emails requesting information and more calls and texts requesting I take the review down. My initial attempt to utilize services was in January and I am still dealing with this in June, with no service rendered. This has been such a complete headache and nightmare situation..... I would 100% urge you to stay away from Abroc Enterprises!

These guys basically are all following the same script. They transported a vehicle just like yours recently for a low price to bait you in which was expected. Price doubled once a driver was found which was also expected but since paying the initial charges for dispatch and a reservation on the trailer, I haven't heard anything. My vehicle was picked up today which is a Saturday remind you I repeatedly stated I could wait till Monday and I was in no rush. I hadn't heard anything today related to the pickup which was dont around 12. I had to reach out to my dispatcher about 2:00 who said they were off today which has nothing to do with the service I was told I'd receive which was suppose to include pics of pickup and tracking. They chose to schedule the pickup today on a Saturday. I then sent a response text and asked about the tracking (which was included in the price) and still haven't received a response as of 7:33 while I write this. Terrible service I buy a lot of cars and would not recommend this company and definitely won't use again in the future. Luckily I actually had a great salesman at the car lot who has provided more info than this company has about the shipping.

I have had a very frustrating experience. I signed a contract to have my car shipped interstate on 12/15 at a set quote and promised p/u and delivery date. This first quote and delivery date was not honored. We then came to another agreement which involved raising the price and pushing back the date. I was then told after them still not delivering my car that it was harder to obtain a driver around the holidays and for this particular route, which was not disclosed to me before I signed the contract. Nor was it in the contract. The price kept increasing and the date kept being pushed back. I’m also having to pay for a rental longer than I expected due to this company and frank not being able to follow through with my delivery. Today is now day 12 that they keep saying they are working on it or have allegedly found another driver but want almost triple what was agreed on. I even told frank that I wanted my deposit back if he could not meet having a driver by the 29th at the price agreed on and he agreed. Now that the time is past once more he is throwing in my face about the signed contract etc. I understand the contract. I also understand that this company has not followed through on their end with delivery and keep increasing the rate. So, what can you do to resolve this issue? I also have copies of communication and contract. At this point I just want my deposit back since we no longer want to have our car shipped after going through this experience.

HAS ANY AMERICAN USED THIS COMPANY ABROC ENTERPRISE FOR TRANSPORTATION

Horrible experience, stay away!! They quoted me $245 for a transport and guaranteed they could do it on a certain date (I asked this multiple times, and they assured me they already had someone lined up). Before you sign with them, the language they use is as if the $245 is a final price. At first, they use language such as "I can get it moved for $245" and "the price will be $245". READ THE FINE PRINT OF THE CONTRACT. They never mentioned anything about the amount they give you is an estimate, instead they bury that in the fine print, at the very end of the contract, along with the fact that the dates are not guaranteed. So, I was given$245 for a price to transport the vehicle on Saturday. Saturday comes and they say, "great news, we can transport your vehicle today, for $700." I say I'm not paying anything over the price I was originally given, they come back and say $599, and this BS keeps going for hours. I finally bite the bullet and say $399 is fine, now they say it's too late and they can only do Monday for $399. I canceled it and they refunded my deposit (I do appreciate their willingness to do this, as it was a non-refundable deposit).

This is a nightmare to use. Too many text messages and phone calls back and forth. No locked in price. Every time we seemed to be one step closer to resolving issues, the price would go up. I would not recommend using this company. Cars were not able to be transported because lack of availability, communication failures, and errors on brokers end. And, to make matters worse, they won’t stop calling texting after you have told them your done. Leave me alone.

Abroc quoted a price of $445. Promised pickup on a Monday. When the day came they didn't show up, didn't have a driver, eventually found a driver, late in the day, but told me the price would now be $1099. As far as I am concerned they lied, they misrepresented the service, and they failed to execute the promises they made. I would certainly not deal with them again.
