What they have in the download instructions is different than what they post on their website and what they tell you over the phone.

I was surprised when I arrived that this wasn't a Brazilian government arm, as the Website seemed to indicate, and phone message reinforced. That said, was met quickly by an engaging person, who took all my information quickly, made it easy for me to send in my wife's driver's license by e-mail (she wasn't with me when I dropped off the passports), and, as promised, received the visas within a week.

I needed some documents forwarded to me in China and A. Briggs came though.

Abriggs walks you through the passport and visa application, step by step. Although the service is a little pricey, I would highly recommend consulting Abriggs to ensure you complete all documentation properly. My travels led me to India (which has a trickier visa process than most) and due to procrastination, I was extremely close to being without a visa on the day of my flight. With the help of Abriggs, I was able to track the progress as best as I could and was kept up to date every step of the way. It allowed me to trust the process and to concentrate on various trip preparations, knowing Abriggs was working their tails off to ensure my visa was received in time.

I use Abriggs for all my Visa requirements, including annual China visa. Most recently I required two visas from different countries. One embassy was in Washington, one in New York. While my travel was scheduled for a month away, I needed my passport back as soon as possible for another trip. I never worried because of my experience. As always Abriggs handled everything. And I could follow the process of my visas online.

couple of false starts ensued because I thought this company would actually fill out the paperwork for my visa to India. The actual Indian Embassy website is difficult to follow, and their customer service has been turned over to a horrible service that tries to get your personal information and sell you Wal-Mart coupons. I turned to Briggs in desperation. They confirmed I Still had to go back to the Indian Website myself, but upon completing my paperwork would take my passport and the application. It's a very scary thing to put your passport in the mail! Biggs people use FedEx, and even though I had to get the address corrected, I live in a rural area with no street delivery, in the end Briggs delivered. I doubt I could have done it on my own directly through the embassy website because of the mailing address issue. i consider the money well worth spent for the peace of mind
