Tim is a very nasty person He should not be working there he gives your company a very bad impression If I wasn't a calm person, me and him would be in a big fight he doesn't know how to act with customers any gives bad information without looking at the paper. Things get done but not in a happy way

Have been using Briggs for some time now. As a pilot we travel the world and always get great service however, we visit China 4 or 5 times a year and ask for multiple entry's and always get 2 entrys for a sixth month period. More pressure needs to be applied to the embassy's (San Francisco ) so that aircrews can get there job done and not worry about whether they have a valid visa or not.

It was easy and hassle free. Did everything from home…other than dropping off at FEDEX location.
