Abode provides property tax protest support and they do this at a significant discount compared t other local and nationwide providers (like fivestone, ownwell) I was skeptical as their $99 flat fee is unbelieveble. Other firms charge between 35% to 55% of what they save you, which can be in over $1K or more. They did a great job on 2 properties they represented me for and saved me a lot of money.

Hey Ergan! Thank you so much for sharing your honest experience! Our core tenant is that when we say we want to save you money, we actually mean it. We'll be honest: we used to do what these other companies do and charge a percentage of savings. It just didn't feel right. We know how much it costs for us to service your appeal, and we don't think it's fair to be charging you any more than we have to. That's why we switched to a flat fee! We're so glad you appreciate our savings model. You saved over $1,300 across your two properties with the reductions we won you, netting over $1,100 in savings. With another company you would've paid $650 out of pocket! We're truly proud that working with us has allowed you to keep more money for the things that matter most. Thanks for believing in us and sharing your savings journey. We're honored by your trust and excited to deliver another win for you next year.

Ahead of next season, be sure to complete our exemption survey so we can make sure you're not missing out on any tax discounts with the county. Looking forward to another win in 2027!
