The scheduling dept lacks consistent information. I call one day, get one story, call the next day and get another. Seriously. I was sent a second order and told I would not be charged for it. Bull. No way am I keeping a double order. Medicare fraud. So, I have to be home to refuse this order or call again to schedule a return pick up. Oh, and when the original order arrived - one of the packages was torn open. Could be a FED-EX issue.
