Dear Tracey, thank you for your review, and your honest feedback. I have spoken to several people at ABC and it looks like you are all set up to not have problems moving forward. From talking to individuals who worked on your husband's situation, there was signifcant efforts to assist you and to get samples in the mail so that your husband would not run out of supplies; however, it appears from your honest feedback that our efforts were not communicated well enough to you, which isn't good enough on our part. So, your comments are helpful to read, even though I wish your experience was better. Thank you for allowing us the continued opportunity to serve you, and to hopefully turn that 1-star rating into a 5-star rating. :)
