I have notified the company when I can’t use a products
I have notified the company when receiving the last order not to send me the HR lubricant, it was sent this time anyway. I have a problem opening them as I have arthritis in my hands. The last order I received the Mekesson lubricant and it was much better. I would think you put on file things that your patients can’t use.
