KAM Fong A.
in 2018 I have been diagnosed urinary retention. I need to use catheter to empty urine. since then, ABC Medical is my catheter (Magic 3 Go) provider. Ms. Melanie Vasquez is the first person that I have contact. I remember in Nov. 19, 2021 during the Covid-19, Magic 3 Go catheters were out of stock in California. She had checked with another warehouse and arranged the shipment from Pennsylvania to my home in California. This recently shipment (4/3/2023) she does a great help to find the catheters similar to Magic 3 Go (out of stock) to me. She always return my e-mail promptly. I deeply appreciate the work she did to me.

I had switched insurance companies, which meant I would need a new Prior Authorization to have my catheters covered. This was achieved in a timely manner and I received my new supply of catheters several days sooner than I was expecting.
