Stop calling me and just send supplies.
Honestly everything is great but one thing: my last delivery was late because I didnt get a call confirming it or whatever. I shouldnt need to be on the phone EVERY SINGLE MONTH to get my needed medical supplies. Talking on the phone is not something I want to do ever, if I can avoid it, and its completely unnecessary for me to do it every month. The doctor gave their order, my address isnt going to change, so its just uncalled for and inconvenient, and can make me end up wasting my own money when supplies dont arrive on time since I rarely receive phone calls. Its 2023. Send an email. Send a text. Dont call me, though. I ignore and screen calls 99.999% of the time. Please change this policy, so I don't have to change supply companies. Thanks.

The person I spoke to had a portion of…
The person I spoke to had a portion of the order sent, with no call to inform me that the remaining 2/3 of the order had not been sent. I know that sometimes orders are split, but its going on two weeks now, and no call or email. The person assured me she would call and let me know of any issues/delays with the order. I like ABC medical and have been working with them since 2017. Getting the order correct has consistently been a challenge. I’m not sure what the issue is not to call to let me know only part of the order has been sent. This is a consistent issue with ABC medical. In spite of this, I still prefer working with ABC Medical. Other companies I’ve worked with are less responsive.

It took forever to get the catheters I…
It took forever to get the catheters I needed. I was told twice you would send medicare forms I needed. They never arrived. I was never told you could email it. The one finally emailed to me went to SPAM, (not your fault but under a long Indian name). Finally I was able to sign it, but delivery wasn't scheduled to be sent for another 6 days though I had asked for it to be expedited and I had to ask for another speed up. Took about three weeks altogether and I was down to my last two catheters.
