Communication sucks …

Better communication it’s been seven months and I still have not received any catheters yet and they seem to think it’s a joke every time I call them. And every time I call them it’s another story why I haven’t received them or another route. I have to go with the doctors. Thank you for your response, thankfully my old company has taken me back and still had me on file with a still active prescription, and they already have my order shipped out. I should have switched back a long time ago and would have avoided a lot of unnecessary headaches. I don’t even know how I ended up with you guys in the first place. And they fact you guys say I needed bloodwork for a catheter is a little ridiculous. Anyways thank you and have a nice day.

Dear Jeffrey, Thank you for leaving a review, and providing us feedback regarding your experience. That said, we are so sorry that you have not received the catheters you wanted as of yet. Unfortunately the catheters we are trying to order for you require very specific documents that we have not been able to obtain from your physician. Additionally, we are disappointed to hear that you get the impression that we think this is a joke as we take these matters and supplies very seriously and would never want any customer to feel that way. I do see that you have been in contact with our customer service team to get some supplies sent while we continue working to obtain the documents required for the other supplies. It is our sincere desire to provide you with 5-star customer service and I do apologize that we have fallen short of that goal.
