ABC Medical did well in the beginning…
ABC Medical did well in the beginning but slowly got worse. They are slow to get referrals and sometimes do not alert the customer that the referrals were not done so they are just left waiting until they call ABC to check what the hold up is. Alot of calls having to be made for the supplies to be sent. One dep't does not notify another so you will be making alot of calls. The last 2 deliveries have gone well again but I fear it will go back to a slow down on shipping out the items. We'll see.

Did poorly
Forgot my tube plugs they were dropped from my order, getting someone on the phone is very difficult, you didn't have the saline I really need, and didn't offer a solution.

it took six months to get through…
it took six months to get through simple insurance verification, & and they’re saying that I can’t get condom catheters more than 35 per month with Medicare and that’s not true. I called Medicare and they said that they will approve as many as I need. There’s no limit. Medicare said there’s no limit so your business is very stressful for patients
