I like that I can order on line every month. My order comes in a timely manner. The only problems I've had are missing items from my order. Every month one night bag that was ordered isn't included. And twice now the order has been missing very important items that I can't survive without. When calling to check, I'm just told they are on back order. Never get notified that they were missing!
