Currently have medical issues requiring the use of an ostomy bag. My healthcare company placed an order that was billed by ABC Home Medical Supply for just under $2,500. The order entailed a 90-day supply of materials needed to function with my medical condition or defacate onto myself multiple times day due to my intestines physically being separated. In the order they provided 1 tube of a paste that would last roughly 2-3 weeks. When I reached out to have the order fixed, it was explained to me from the company that what I was requesting was a "medical accessory" for my condition. When I tried explaining that I needed to function otherwise other medical parts were relatively useless, they offered me advice that I pay out of pocket off of Amazon and that they would not allow for an adjustment to the current order or for a new order to be placed until those 90 days had elapsed. They were kind over the phone, but I will never go through them again due to their company policy.

ABC Medical has consistently been great over the years. My products are always delivered promptly and customer service is always outstanding.
