There have been only two orders for catheters since I started and both of them have been mishandled so that they were not ordered and delivered on time. I had to call to "fix" things. Thank goodness for Angelica, who takes care of Hawaii customers! She made several calls to rectify the problem each time and sent me emergency supplies to tide me over till I received my orders.
