Prompt delivery of a well made chaise cover for reasonable price.

Easy to order, Shipped and received faster than expected. QUALITY product! We are very happy with our chaise Lou he covers! I’m

Initially received the wrong product which they said was my fault. There’s NO WAY I would have ordered that pattern so somehow something got clicked or changed in the ordering process. I had to pay &18 additional shipping to receive the correct item. As I was installing it around my much area I realized there are 3 pieces that are backwards & don’t tongue-in-groove attach to the others (hook is on the opposite end as the others & YES I’ve tried rearrange to make sure it wasn’t my error. So basically I have to find black zip ties to keep this cheap piece of plastic pieces together. It looks ok up, but it is so cheaply made I would highly suggest NO ONE ever order this product. Sounds like it’s being discontinued or the company is struggling, one of the two. But this is the worst thing I’ve ordered & spent money on maybe ever!

I had a problem with an umbrella canopy contacted the company. They responded to me and less than a 24 hour. Rectify the situation with no issues or no problems.

Took awhile and was expensive but I got what I needed

Delivery was fast and everything packaged well. My only complaint was customer service, I could never reach you company on the phone during regular business hours.

Teresa provided amazing customer service in helping to research exactly what I needed in a very timely and friendly manner. I very much appreciated her friendly demeanor and can do attitude. Other companies could learn a great deal from the service she provides. Thank you Teresa!

We have one of Abba Umbrella expensive large Degree Rotation Offset Cantilever Umbrella (Weights Included) when a wind broke a top piece and ripped the top small vent canopy. We get an email from Sandy at this company that they dont stock parts for customers for customers to repair them. So we now have a expensive waste of money.
