One style of items we sell is handmade items. This is for our customers looking for more of the authentic, hand painted, artisan look. Instead of the classic machine made typical toys and items you mostly find today. Of course it is impossible for these handmade items to be as perfect as their machine made counterparts and that is part of the look many customers enjoy. Unfortunately, it looks like this handmade style was not for you. We will now be adding a note on our site explaining the nature of this item hoping to prevent dissatisfaction in the future.
