"Awesome!" That is what my three year old grandson said when he first sat in his rocking chair with its new chair pad for the seat and chair back. The product was as advertised. The customer service was excellent and delivery was within only a few days. The fabric and overall quality was superb. aBaby will be my "Go To" store when I have future needs.

Was assured that item was available, only to get my order cancelled few days later. Not cool.

Unfortunately, there are times when we receive many orders within a short period of time and therefore items will go out of stock without much prior notice. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Please feel free to email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to inform you once the item is back in stock. Please accept our apologies again.

This company is a scam! Haven’t received item and nobody to contact! Do not order from them, they take your money!.... I already did contact you by email you gave an auto reply and called kept getting returned to main menu. Check ur Facebook reviews I’m not the first!

Sarah unfortunately due to Covid-19 our customer service has been inundated with emails and calls due to the unexpected delays Covid-19 has caused. Regretfully these delays have been completely out of our hands. Putting this aside, we would really like to help you with the questions you have concerning your order. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number so we can properly service you. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

I have called and emailed after checking the status of which there was none on many occasions and as far as a response to my email, again none and can't contact anyone on the phone. I checked the status yesterday after the order still not received to find that a credit was issued; yet have not received a call an email or anything as to why. That is not the way to handle business. Why am I getting a credit, is it because the recliner is no longer available? I need to know something.
Response from aBabyJun 2, 2020
We apologize about the confusion with your order. Unfortunately due to Covid- 19 there was an unexpected need to delay or cancel some of our orders. At the time of your order we were unable to process your specific personalized recliner. We have a record that an email was sent to you saying that your order was canceled. However, it seems like you never received the email. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you for being understanding during these trying times.

I purchase a bassinet one month ago and never received anything! I’ve been sending emails and calling but no answer, and they never return my money.
Response from aBabyMay 19, 2020
We apologize that you didn’t receive your bassinet within the time frame you expected. Unfortunately our customer service has been inundated with emails and calls due to the unexpected delays Covid- 19 has caused. Regretfully, this has made the response time to emails longer than normal. I have looked into your order and see that it has now shipped. Please feel free to email [email protected] with any further questions or concerns. We apologize again for the delay.

Got a really cool 30 year old pack and play but wasn't comfortable using it with the foam pad it came with for our baby to sleep on. Couldn't find a replacement mattress for it since it was so old. Found aBaby's site and ordered a custom fit mattress and it fits perfect! Our baby enjoys her time in there now!
Response from aBabyMay 11, 2020
I'm so happy to hear! Thanks for the feedback and I hope your baby continues to enjoy her custom mattress! Looking forward to servicing you again.
