I was happy with my purchase, although it took a little longer than I expected to arrive. I was very happy tk find bassinet sheets that were small enough to fit properly, just be careful to read size detail. I would order again from aBaby.

Took the time to make sure the mattress fit in out bassinet, and not just by the measurements I'd sent but asked for a drawn outline to make sure it would fit and the mattress is perfect!

Around three weeks after ordering white sports bookends, I never heard from the company about whether they shipped the baby gift. When I called, the representative said she'd check, and the next day she emailed and said they were out of the bookends and asked whether I would like them in a different color, or would I like to cancel. I canceled. I was shocked that the company never let me know they weren't in stock before that point.

I purchased a custom mattress to fit play pen. It is not a mattress,it is a foam pad. I feel ripped off. The item was made out of cheap material. I don't recommend

I was really looking forward to receiving a rocking chair I had ordered. Unfortunately, I cancelled the order. I was aware it was on backorder but not that your warehouse was closed. Couldn’t wait that long for the product.

Unfortunately, since the beginning of the pandemic backordered items sometimes have taken a little longer then normal to come back into stock because of warehouses needing to close. We apologize for the inconvenince.

My husband made a cradle for our Nephew & wife. So we found that you did custom pieces. It fit perfect. So did the fitted sheet. It took a little longer than it online said. But that was to be expected with the COVID. Everyone is just trying to figure out their employees situation. So all in all very happy. Would order again. Also recommend to others.

Happy to hear our custom pieces worked for you. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.

The service was quick and seems like a quality product. The only problem with items custom made is they are not returnable. The mattress fit the crib perfectly but the fitted sheet was too small for the mattress.

Glad to hear you were happy with our service and quality. We are sorry you could not return the fitted sheets. As you may have guessed we manufacture our custom items per order. Enjoy your new mattress.
