aBabyReviews of ababy.com

Very disappointed. I only ordered 1 gift for my daughters baby shower and was sent a mattress cover. They made no attempt to try and send out another bassinet. $250 isn’t a little bit of money. Needless to say I didn’t have a gift at my own daughters baby shower. They issued a refund.i don’t recommend and will never order from them again.

I was having difficulty finding a new mattress for our antique bassinet. I was delighted to find Ababy on the internet and even more delighted to find out that they made custom sized mattresses . The mattress fits my 80 year old bassinet perfectly! I highly recommend the custom made sheets too.

Product was as advertised and seems good quality. Minor problem was that part of order was not included, but was remedied with a phone call and rest of order arrived 2 days later.

Bought a bed tent for grandkids on line. Would have given 5 stars but had to wait extra week because out of stock. But no one including Amazon had this cute tent nation wide. So just happy we got it.

I like the mattress I have received and overall the quality is great! My baby likes napping on it during the day. Would recommend your products to everyone. Wouldn't recommend your customer service though.

The order took longer than expected to arrive, but was pleasantly pleased with product.

I purchased a Moses basket trimmed in pink gingham to give as a baby shower gift. The picture on line was beautiful, said it would take a week before it would ship, which would get it here just in time!! It shipped exactly when they said and was even more beautiful than it appeared on line. It was a huge hit at the shower. This was my first time for using a baby.com but certainly will not be my last.

When I ordered the bassinet skirt and hood in January, it stated shipped within one week. The following week the order was still processing. I called and they said they were waiting to confirm the size but they never contacted me so that was a wasted week. I was assured that the set would be shipped in a few days as I explained that I needed this by a certain date. Another week and nothing. I was told the weather delayed, or they were looking for the material. All this time and you don't know if you have the material? Once again I explained that time was running out. She once again assured me that the set would be shipped and I would have it in a few days. Another week, order still shows processing and I had to scramble to get a set in the color and size in time but it is not the style wanted but I had no choice. Now this week they don't answer the phone or respond to emails to cancel the order and get the refund. The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. After FOUR weeks, the status still shows "processing" they have my money, I don't have the bassinet set and they can't be reached by phone and no replies to emails.
