They took way to long send it to us

I ordered a very special gift for a cradle that had been used with every baby born in this family it has been a family tradition that had been handed down through generation and now because of your careless handling of my order I was not notified you weren’t getting more in stock and I was not sent my refund or notice I will never do business with you again nor will I recommend you to any other expectant mothers

Excellent service! I ordered a product that was backordered. I got the item in the timing that was promoted on the page in perfect condition. Very happy with the ease of ordering and the price was the best on the market.

Great result for our puzzle footstool we just got for our granddaughter. My husband put it together in just a few minutes. His 1 suggestion was not to wrap the instructions around the hardware.

Received a broken slide. Am supposed to get replacement, but now when I email I get no response as to a tracking number. If it does not arrive soon I will dispute charges. Time will tell. But I won't be ordering again from here. Terrible customer support!!!!

Wonderful experience. Product is exactly what was needed.

I needed custom made bedding for a family heirloom and can honestly say I am extremely happy with my order. The mattress, waterproof pad, sheet & bumper all fit our 100+ yr old family cradle wonderfully. An to top it off everything came in half the expected time which was greatly appreciated.
