I agree with the customer service…terrible travel customer service
I agree with the customer service aspect as we bought a RT trip Florida vacation package with a 50 dollar VISA reward card to come back to us. The 50 dollar card never came back and they never ever returned an email or phone call on it. Do not depend on them go elsewhere.

Ongoing repeating issues with receiving The Magazine
It appears that no one at AARP listens, or reads, or maybe they just do not care!
Weeks ago, we specifically told AARP representatives we received the AARP Bulletins but have NOT received the AARP The Magazine, so what do they send us? The bulletins! We're extremely disappointed in this total lack of customer service.
AARP is supposed to be a help to seniors, not a hindrance.
This ineptitude is why we canceled our subscription last time and now it appears we will be forced to do that again as we have NOT received any AARP magazines at all!!
AARP owes us back issues from February to now!!
Is this how they serve seniors? AARP should be ashamed of this, especially since, issues with receiving AARP the magazine has reoccurred for years! That is not good business, and is not caring for seniors, their supposed target audience!
To make matters worse there is no way to contact them, the fast way, by email, instead, we must spend valuable time chatting, or on the phone.
Today AARP again indicated the missing magazines are being sent!? We will believe it when we receive them.

AARP is not what they say they are - very difficult to work with. Lousy customer service!
AARP is not what they say they are. They mislead people. Total scam if you ask me, they take advantage of elderly people and document incorrect data.
I can't believe they are worst than sub par service I am recieving from AARP. I am not alone, read the reviews!!!!!! AARP needs to step up their service immediately.

Political Activity
Before anyone sends
money to aarp they should decide if they wish to support the democrat party/liberal policies. The amount of your money spent on policies you may or may not support should be a huge part of your decision.

AARP does not listen to their clients
AARP does not listen to their clients. I told them that I have a new cell phone and their over-active security will not let me log in without messaging my old cell number, which I have no access to. They refuse to do one thing about the real problem - the website should offer an alternative to those who have changed cell phones. When you call them they say that after five business days their "escalations team' will have had time to try to get you the ability to log in. Meanwhile they will do nothing about the problem that this happens to every senior who changes t heir cell number.

A Total Useless Organization.
It should be known that AARP and UnitedHealthCare are one and the same company. They promote each other and this is misleading. Furthermore all other programs AARP supports - through reward programs, life insurance, medications/prescriptions, etc,,,) are all producing prices ABOVE market value. Since they cater to seniors - some of them not so internet savvy - are made to believe this organization is covering their
backs. Seniors are mislead to believe they can trust "big" AARP to present them with the best deals without having to do price checking. Nothing is further from the truth. It's membership is totally useless except if you have money to waste....

The sweepstakes are rigged
The sweepstakes are rigged - the same people winning multiple times, and the benefits are a huge joke! I can get better discounts without your website. Damn thieves will just take your money and run.
