There is a large variety of workouts for you to pick from and they provide the same type of workout that you can get in boutique fitness outlets such as Orange Theory or CycleBar at a fraction of the cost. I recently moved somewhere without easy access to a gym and I subscribed to Aaptiv and it has been awesome. I'm still getting great workouts at an even better price. The instructors are great. They motivate you to keep pushing yourself so that you maximize the workout. I'm so glad that I found this app!!

Aaptiv is the absolute best! I use the app almost every day and it has gotten me back in to shape after 7 dormant years. The trainers and music are top notch and there is a great variety of workouts, you’ll never get bored.

Aaptiv has been a total game changer for me in the motivation department. I wake up at 4:30 most weekdays ready to head to the gym and do a treadmill routine with one of my favorite trainers. (No longer the dreadmill!) Aaptiv also helpfully offers up post-workout stretching routines. I like that feature.

Honestly the best App I've ever bought. Keeps me exercising when I don't feel like it. Very motivational.

I adore this app. It's made significant difference in my fitness level and engagement. The workouts are challenging and fun, the music is great, and instructors are so encouraging (some tough love involved!) My only recommendation I want more Ed and Ray advanced cycle and elliptical workouts. Worth every penny--totally motivating and pushes you to a place you would not push yourself. The mediation programs are good too!

I love using this app! It has really changed my running game. I have shaved 45 seconds off my mile time using both the indoor and outdoor running strategies.

I've finally found motivation to work out!!
