I love Aaptiv and now can't work-out without them ! My workouts are so much better following their great instructors. I am pushing myself harder than I did on my own, for sure ! You can find pretty-much whatever type of exercise, length and intensity that you are searching for. My only complaint is I wish they played more 70's and 80's music as I am 60 and not crazy about all of the music selections !

i use it everyday for the strength training and the running classes. it's helped me change my body and my attitude toward fitness. having different classes to choose from each morning based on my mood is amazing and allows me to try new things and keep exercise exciting. because its on my phone i can do a class at home or the gym, running outside and at the park. i highly recommend this.
