Fantastic App - made me love the treadmill and become a better runner. I can't say enough about this app: it gives me the accountability I need for focused workout. It keeps me from being bored when I have to use the treadmill. It keeps me setting goals. The coaches are great - they each have their own unique way of coaching and I often find myself hearing their voices leading me when I run. I've been running for years but the improvement I've found from using Aaptiv is incomparable.
