I love the app
I love the app. My only hesitation is that the app crashes sometimes and requires a phone reboot before working again. That's for an iphoneX. Otherwise the training I receive from that app is great!

Great range of exercises. Superb motivation and fantastic forum for support. I love it. I never get board. Would like more for beginners though-it’s sometimes hard to swallow when you can’t keep up with the class.

I think you need a 5 star rating system on the workouts, some of the beginners are really easy and some are way harder - I would like to see some arc workouts. I love the app update where it suggests weekly workouts for you. I joined just this year and as soon as I'm done with the 5k program I'm going to try the January jumpstart. I like having a calendar to follow. Sometimes it's stressful trying to pick workouts for the week.

Half-marathon training - the training sessions themselves are very good however it would be great if we were able to select our own music, or if that is not deemed feasible, if there were a couple selections by genre. Music is key to pushing through a particular difficult workout or workout segment, and I can feel my motivation severely drop off whenever a song I can't stand comes on. While I understand that the music is apparently carefully selected, its surprising that we might be in the middle of a 90 sec sprint and 30 sec in, one song ends and there is a seemingly long break before the next song starts. I'm actually surprised that nearly all of the songs don't just fade right into the next and that there are breaks at all.

I've had this app since Jan and am very pleased. There is a good variety, lots of challenges but all doable! I never liked working out to videos; seemed silly and stifling but with the audio option I find I can really lose myself into the workout!

I decided to try Aaptiv about 4 months ago as a way to stay motivated on days when I wasn't attending a spin or yoga class. I found the app easy to use and the workouts simple to follow, challenging, and a way to curtail boredom during workouts on the treadmill, rowing machine, outside, or on my dreaded elliptical machine. I love the ability to find a workout based on where I am, the equipment, the level and length. What I don't like is that I have to start the workout in order to fully understand what it will entail (workout titles cannot say it all). So, from time to time, I have to start a workout and then a minute in, when the trainer explains a sequence that I have no interest in, I have to stop and start another. (This happens when I decide I don't like the format, such as running on a 10% incline on a treadmill, which can do a lot of damage to hamstrings as I found out the hard way!). I also wish the music was less one dimensional, but overall, Aaptiv had kept me motivated and most of their trainers are excellent at explaining form, which is essential since their is no video to demo the moves.

I love Aaptiv -- I definitely have some updates I want for the product but overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and the content!

Great app and helps keep my workout different from day to day! I wish there was a way to put notes on my workouts that I've completed so I can remember what I thought about them in the future - there are many times I can see I did the workout, but can't remember if I enjoyed the workout or not.
