I was absolutely fuming when I noticed that they had charged my £99. I downloaded the app to have a look and cancelled my free 7 day subscription right away. I had to call my bank and get my money back and have a new Card send out incase they tried to charge me again. I emailed them and they said they could give me half a refund at £50 but I don't trust giving them my bank details again. It's just a good job the bank are giving me my money back. Would definitely not recommend , unless you want your money robbed.

I NEVER HEARD OF THEM BUT MY THEY TOOK £80.38 OUT OF MY BANK ON MONDAY. FIGHTING TO GET IT BACK STILL. AVOID THIS SITE AND PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND RIP YOUR CARD DETAILS FROM OTHER SITES!!!!!!!

AVOID COMPLETE RIP OFF, EVERYTHING ITS ABOUT THE MONEY, I AM DISPUTING A CHARGE OF £81 WHEN I ONLY WANTED TO TRY IT OUT. IT DOESN'T WORK FOR ME AND THEY HAVE BILLED ME FOR A YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION. RIP OFF. THEY SHOULD OFFER A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION AND THE RIGHT TO CANCEL. I WOULDN'T GIVE THEM ANY STARS BUT I COULDN'T WRITE THE REVIEW.

I was charged £68.65 out of nowhere called the bank and they said that it was for a magazine subscription I have never seen or heard of. Though I would look online at what this company was and find out it was a fitness app I have never used or heard of either. This company is as SHADY as they COME. They are crooks don't use them.

I was charged 14.99 when it was advertised a free trial. and I cancelled the subcription immediatley when i realized it wasn't what i wanted and they still charged my 99.99 a week later. I have contacted BBB. They have not refunded my money to me. They told me I needed to contact Google play store to get my refund for 99. which was not true. My bank statement clearly stated that AAPTIV INC charged me not Google. Never have I ever dealt with such a shady company as this.

Unbelievable. I purchased this app 2 years ago for I think 49.99 at that time. Their “cancel anytime” was appealing. No strings attached I thought. I barely used the app and quite frankly between nursing school , work and planning my wedding, I forgot about this app, heck I got a new phone and the icon for this app is not even on my new phone. So I forgot about this. Fast forward to today, I got charged 99.99 for an app I haven’t touched. I tried calling them and leave a message to no response. Then went on their website and saw their no refund policy in small print. They got me! Big time. I’m a college student. I was going to buy textbooks with this money. This is a total scam, don’t waste your money on this, once they get a hold of your debit card info, you are done. Someone from Aaptive needs to contact me and refund my money ASAP!! If I don’t get my money back I will report this business to the BBB

Still charged after Subscription canceled, due to a time difference had been charged the yearly membership (around $140 AUD), reached out to Aaptiv support they told me there was nothing they can do very unhappy.

A deceitful company. I was planning on enrolling in a month-to-month plan after my free trial. Unfortunately, there was a death in my family, and since I did not think of canceling my free trial and switching to the monthly plan on the day of a funeral, I was charged over $100 for a year subscription. I reached out to both Aaptiv and Apple, who say there's nothing they can do. Horrible experience. Horrible company.
