I sent you guys an email on March 2nd and haven’t heard back so trying to reach out through here. I was going to cancel my subscription after free trial ended but it seems like I was already charged the annual subscription. I downloaded the app on feb 6th and thought the trial would go till March 6th (1month) but I was charged before that. It’s not an app that I will be using so this 100$ is not something I want to spend. Definitely nothing without my consent. Please resolve this. I tried to find a phone number and couldn’t find one and then stumbled upon this. I hope you’d reach out to me. Update: Thankyou for getting back to me so quickly! I appreciate the support and the step by step process on what to do.

Been there done that with everything from paid workout apps to gym memberships. With Aaptiv, I think I've finally found the ideal way to work out. The trainers provide the perfect mix of encouragement and support. It's audio only—so Instead of looking at the screen, I'm concentrating on my workout. The result is, for the first time in my life, I'm actually looking forward to working out! And that's nothing short of amazing.

Erin G. from Aaptiv support helped me out! She was so great! She even offered to call to help me which they don’t normally do. Apparently there was a glitch & my previous transaction never went through so that’s why I couldn’t access workouts. Now that the app is working appropriately I love it!! The workouts & the music is great!

I really enjoy Aaptiv. I can use it at the gym or on my own. I also enjoy the programs/challenges, which make me try harder classes than I would on my own.

I love this app! It works just like it should and they are always adding great features to make it better! The music and trainers are so motivating! Rochelle is my favorite and I’ve used her Half Marathon training program to get me to my first half Marathon and the next 2 after. It’s an awesome app and definitely worth the money.

Incredibly responsive to feedback and constantly improving their product; I highly recommend Aaptiv as a training program/workout partner for all levels of fitness.
