most workout programs I can do through audio, but some of movements, i wish there were some sort of visuals which will help processing faster.

I really like the app, but sometimes I have to google some of the exercises because I’m new to this and don’t know what some of them are. It would be helpful if there were videos available on the app to show you what you’re supposed to be doing.

I love Aaptiv. Their audios are really unique, and I love this way of training. I really thought in a year that I’ve been using the app it would become easier to navigate, but nope. It still has poor class descriptions and class filters. And this downloading bug they’ve been having that everyone is talking about in their Facebook group? Didn’t move a finger to fix that. Also, the fact that the trainers use miles per hour as opposed to kilometers and the only solution app creators gave is a jpeg with conversions. Here’s my little frustrations that I feel aren’t heard but other than that, Aaptiv is great and I recommend it to people.

Been using Aaptiv for almost 2 months now and have found the app to be mostly error-free, easy to use and the online community and customer service to be very responsive, supportive and helpful. Descriptions help users find their level of exercise and sessions allow modifications if you cannot execute as described. Has been a good tool for motivation and accountability. Recommended to many friends and acquaintances. Love it!

Visuals on workouts. Adding Pilates as an option for workouts.

I enjoy Aaptiv. Certain trainers provide awesome workouts that are challenging and make me feel accomplished at the end of it. I do wish that more workouts were added. It seems very limited; if I focus on weight training for a week there are typically not enough classes for the week or the workouts are very short (9 min??). Some of the coaches are very thorough with explaining workouts and others make it so confusing.

Due to injuries, outdoor running is no longer an viable fitness choice. I signed up for Aaptiv so I'd have a variety of indoor options especially in the winter. It's easy to use, there are a wide variety of workout options, trainers, and intensity levels. The music options are biased toward dance/pop/hip-hop, there are a few rock/alternative options but I'd prefer to see more. This is audio only, some trainers are better than others at describing the excercises, target speeds and resistances, etc. Sometimes I have to pause and go watch something on youtube before I know how to do it.

Currently using to train for my first half marathon and the 30 day meditation challenge. Half marathon only things I would change: I wish there was a way to add your own music. I don't mind variety but there's some songs that throw me off at times. Second thing would be a playlist of songs used. They'll be some songs I would like to use for my race but can't write it down that exact second and once i'm done I either forget or don't want to go through a full recording for one song. The meditation has been great only thing is it sometimes catches me off guard when the trainer speaks again after some silence I wish there was a soft warning of sorts before they come back on. I've also tried the yoga and stretching but I didn't enjoy those as much because some were hard to follow. I would use it alot more if they would provide a few images with the poses and stretches you will be doing.
