The deleted a bunch of content, including the only reason I signed up. Their customer service department refused to issue a refund (only two months in to an annual subscription). I didn’t have the option to pay monthly... and so I should have been able to maintain functionality that I paid for with an annual lock in. It was actually great while it lasted. Shame they are more scammers than service providers.

Used to be a great company until they got in a bad financial situation, did a bait and switch, fired all the good trainers, and gutted the good programming. Stay away!!! If you don’t believe me, search the App Store reviews by most recent.

This business is a scam. Their site says that there is a free trial but they charged my credit card. I signed up, looked at the app for 3 minutes and knew it was not for me, I cancelled right away. I'm disputing the charge. Save yourself the headache, do not do business with this company

This is a complete scam. I’ve never used the service nor do I have an account I can access. They’ve charged me $99 for a service I can’t use and furthermore will not confirm that they have removed my information. I’m surprised there is no existing class action lawsuit. Please carefully read customer comments before you download anything.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company! Looks like I am just one of many who were charged $99 for yearly subscription with absolutely NO forewarning or chance to cancel subscription. I haven't used this app once since I downloaded it last year, so it hasn't been on my mind until I saw the charge on my bank account. I went back through my emails to see if I had missed one letting me know it was going to auto-renew, and....nothing! So instead of providing good customer service and being accommodating to their clients, and refunding when they are asked, they just rip you off and don't care.

Do not give them your credit card. They charged my card a $40 fee plus $14.99 per month for 5 months. This is a bad company!

UNSUBSCRIBE FROM AAPTIV APP I wish there was a -10 rating button! They are stealing from people by not adding an “unsubscribe link”! It is $22.49 a month or $139.99 per year! I am also disappointed in APPLE for actually promoting and hosting this app on the Apple platform as this is stealing from innocent people.

Stay away from this rip-off company!!!! I signed up for a trial in January 2018. I didn't follow up and they charged me $99.99 for the yearly subscription. Fine, I thought I'll give a try. After a few months I couldn't get into the app anymore because it didn't recognized my credentials. Weird I thought. Then I figured I don't like the app anyway because it's hard to follow the instructions without visuals. By the end of the year I started to look into the website because I wanted to make sure it will be cancelled. I couldn't login although my subscription was still valid. There no emails from them, no subscription notification. It's like a twilight zone. And just like many other reviewers my credit card has been charged for $99.99 by AAPTIV INC on 2/12/19 without any notification. I filed a dispute with my bank. Don't know how it's gonna to play out because Aaptiv are professional crooks. Stay away!
