I think Aaptiv does a really great job of listening to its users and trying to implement the features that are being requested. I’ve had a membership for 4 months and I’ve had no issues and seen nothing but improvements. I was skeptical that I would find it useful at first, but now I can’t imagine working out without it.

It has been a great coach and support for my health and fitness efforts. It’s like they are right there with me in every workout.

Love this app! Keeps me motivated, is challenging, love the music, and always something different! I would definitely recommend! Much cheaper than a personal trainer or specialty class!

Best app for those needing their routines amped up, changed up, & leaving u feeling very accomplished! Trainers are motivating & upbeat. I’m very active but this app makes me step up my game & I see noticible improvements in 3 months. Music is (usually) very good too. I mostly use it for my home treadmill but I’m sure it would be great for the other activities (& skill levels). No regrets getting this app.

I began using Aaptiv in January of this year, and I’ve lost 33 pounds!!! I can’t believe that I am running again... It’s amazing to have a trainer in your ear telling what to do and when to do it. Each of the trainers are so motivating, and inspiring. Sometimes I find myself smiling or laughing throughout my workouts (and that’s saying a lot!!) Aaptiv has got it all, heck I’ve even tried the meditation!!! I just love everything about this app!!! I’m so grateful and the music mixes are great too, I just plug in, pick a workout and work it!!!

I really like the huge variety and how the trainers add new content every week. They are also real people and will interact with you on social medi and answer questions too. The programs are getting better as well.

Would recommend to anyone. An incredible way to workout.
