Total scam!!! Unsubscribed 12 months ago and they just charged $153.98 for nothing!! Do not get this app or try free trial

Same thing happened to me. Cancelled last year and today they billed me $99. Will not refund me saying I needed to reach out before they renewed. There was no notice of renewal and since I was told it got cancelled last year was not expecting this. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

A very sketchy company. Don't give them your credit card info because they will find a way to rip you off. I signed up for a subscription, but later cancelled it and deleted the app. It has been a year since then and I have just gotten charged $99. I've been contacting them but the best they will offer is a refund of $50. I bet that there are many people who thought that they cancelled their membership, however are still getting charged. People who don't checking their bank statements regularly are definitely being taken advantage of. This company makes their money off of scamming people.

Do NOT sign up for the 7-day "free" trial as it is in fact NOT free...it "rolls into" an annual subscription for $99, even if you cancel in the 7 days. I asked for my money back, and they said that they can only refund half of it...even though I canceled in their free trial window. This could be the best app ever, but because of their scandalous ways, I would never use it.

This company went from great to terrible. I love the idea this company had- basically its personal training thru sound and awesome music. However over the past month they let go of top trainers and top music. Then last couple weeks removed tons of the programs I participated in. Just over it.

This company is such a sham. They "generously" give away a lot of "free" trials of 30 days. What they don't intentionally make clear at all - it is buried way in the terms - is if you don't cancel within your 30 days they will charge you an exorbitant fee of $99 for I am not even sure what. They let me "cancel" when I should have been alerted to the fact that I had already paid. When I reached out to be refunded, I was told they won't do that, but I could have 50% off the monthly fee of $14.99. If that is the monthly fee, why was I charged $99?? Shady and misleading all around. Stay way from this company. They don't care about your fitness, only tricking people out of their money.

DO NOT BUY THIS APP OR FALL FOR THEIR "FREE TRIAL." They will find a way to take your money and charge your account. I signed up for their seven-day free trial and was billed on day 5. On their FAQ page, they admit that you must cancel 48 hours in advance (meaning it's actually only a five-day free trial), or you'll be charged. This is fraud and unethical. I have called and emailed. No response.
