I love this app it’s helped me make my workouts so much more interesting the days I’m not with my personal trainer. It also pushes me and makes me feel accountable for pushing myself harder on my solo sessions because I have someone motivating me. I also love doing the stretch classes it really helps me relax and loosen up my muscles. The reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish I could preview the songs used each session because music is a huge motivation factor at the gym it pushes me the extra mile. If I know for a fact it’s gonna be an awesome set list I’d be even more pumped to do the longer session or even do an advanced class. Also some remixes are bomb and I’d love to know what it’s called. Also another reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is not knowing the kind of equipment needed in a workout prior. Some times it just says stretching full body + equipment but what equipment I don’t want to start a bunch of classes and realize oh I should have used the foam roller in the gym or I only have a 5kg dummbell at my house instead of the 7kg he recommends etc. knowing that would help me preplan my workouts and know when and where is best to do them.

I like the product a lot. My biggest piece of feedback (I mainly use the strength programs) are to include pictures of the different exercises under the workout description. It is sometimes difficult to know what the motion is from the verbal description. It would be nice to have a picture reference readily handy instead of having to google based on exercise name.

I really enjoy the app but the music isn’t always great. The categories are misleading and I wish we could see a list of songs/artists that are in the workout before hand

I think some of the coaches should work on better ways to describe the exercises being done. For example, for the strength training exercises, I don’t always know what they’re referring to, so I either have to stop the recording to look it up or try something else that works the same area. Another alternative could be to have pictures/GIFs of the movements in each recordings’ description.

I wish there were more cardio programs with recent hip hop music. I really like to some trainers, but they don’t play music that gets me hyped to do a more difficult workout. If there could be a way to play your own music with the trainer just talking, that would be excellent. But I know that’s probably a difficult process, if even possible due to copyrights.

I love the app but wish it was easier to find specific programs.

I enjoy the workouts. I like the variety and the encouraging voice of the trainer in my ear.
