You need to now because I signed up for free trial “cancel anytime” yet you can’t cable anytime because you guys have not canceled my subscription after I EMAILED YOU... the issue has now been fixed and no you did not email me back on feb 26

This app is useful to get in the habit of cardio exercise. I use it regularly, especially for indoor treadmill days. It is nice to have a coach in your ear, music, and a training regime. I like that you can filter by exercise type, intensity, duration, coach, and music. I don't like that the calorie counter seems to be off--especially for higher intensity regimes. I also don't like that sometimes the music that is being played does not match up with the tempo that the coach is asking us to run. I can't run 6 mph to a Beyonce ballad--it's just not upbeat enough. This app is not good for weightlifting, unless you are already very familiar with weightlifting moves. It's hard to follow along and understand what the coach is talking about.

I'm enjoying the treadmill, strength and yoga workouts. Great coaching and description of exercises throughout. However, the music...especially "hip hop" is so unappealing (I'd consider it new rap-slur) and sometimes I get too caught up in being annoyed that I end up turning it off. It would be nice to have the option of music on or off.

Aaptiv is great but fails to have a preview feature to get a brief glimpse of workout. Music genres never match the workout ever. Instructors sing with the music and some fail to give adequate instruction. PROS: Active has revolutionized my cardio. I have conquered the stairclimber. Toned my legs and core. Lost weight and discovered different songs. With minor tweaks Aaptiv can be phenomenal. It is a great concept that really gives personal instruction to each user.

Trainers are great Some of the music was hard to listen to but some are ok

The workouts and app itself were pretty good! Most of the treadmill workouts were shorter and easier than stated, however. The customer service caused me a lot of trouble however. It took me over 10 emails to get my money back when they charged me after I had already cancelled.

I love all the variety and that it’s all in one place on my phone! I wish there were more music options that were chill or calming and some with no vocals. I would have given this app 5 stars but the grating music choices on most of the workouts really ruined the experience of the app for me.

In longer programmes the variety and expertise of coaching is questionable i.e. half marathon training program is good for getting results, but the tips and coaching expertise is quite repetitive and basic.
