workout descriptions are difficult to follow and the videos of exercises don't match the content of the workouts. Requested a refund, and was told it wasn't possible. I signed up for the maternity workouts so am doubly worried that expectant mothers could be injured

They charged my card for 3 years (and I used the app for maybe the first week... if that)... I thought the charge was for Google storage because of the description that appeared on my credit card statement... I realized the error this month and when I reached out to try to recoup any of the $309 they took, I was basically told, Sorry, not sorry... "any payment made through Aaptiv's website or the Google Play store is refundable as long as the refund is requested within 72 hours of payment." Thanks for nothing!

I had read the reviews about customers having troube getting a refund after a free trial but decided to try it anyways - well the reviews were right. I had it for 4 days and decided to not sign up but am being charged for a year. So far the customer service is still telling me that they will charge me. Very very disappointed.

I don't know how to do most exercises, so I really like being able to see how it's done. You only hear the workouts with this app. I joined the trial to do the maternity program workouts...but in second trimester things like crunches (lying on back is a big no no) and walking lunges (relaxin hormones can cause injury to joints doing these) ... I'm afraid these workouts aren't really geared toward safe pregnancy workouts. Definitely not worth paying $100 a year for.

Fraudulent company. I did not try the product so cannot comment but have been charges £89 for three years (just found going back through statements) although I always automatically cancel when trying a free subscription. As they refuse to give any refund, I will be taking this up with the authorities.

The offerings have been reduced and the prices go up and autorenew is a scam. I cancelled and keep getting charged.

Aaptiv's Auto-Renewal Feels Like a Scam They have a $99 per year subscription and are banking on a huge chunk of their users forgetting they are signed up. They will not remind you about your upcoming subscription renewal, nor will they refund the money. If you look at their own customer service page through the app, you'll see it's littered with related complaints. Not worth the membership and extremely disappointing. Trust score is as low as I can offer.

I tried out this app did not use it for at least 10+ months, and received no indicator that a yearly subscription charge was coming... I tried to indicate that I did not authorize the purchase, but apparently that is not a reason for a refund. If you stand by your product, you should be able to make sure that your customers are willing participants instead of somehow trapped by the trial membership conditions that you set up. I tried it, it didn't work for me and I deleted this off my phone. Be very careful as you could get roped into paying $125 bucks for something you do not want.
