My first experience with Aaptiv was excellent!! Not only is this an amazing App to work out with, but its really informative and teaches you new things. I had a question for customer service, and not only did they respond on a Saturday but went above and beyond to address my issue. Ian, thank you!!!! I recommend Aaptiv and will definitely tell all of my friends!!!

Great Motivator I am a seasoned runner and lost my motivation and was not challenging myself. This is an excellent app. It helps having trainers who have experience and understand some of the challenges. It is user friendly and you can filter the classes by music genre, trainers and difficulty. It I also impressed by the other features including strength training, weight loss programmes and yoga. I am now fitter and slimmer at fifty so this app is worth the investment

I LOVE Aaptiv. It has changed the way I workout completely. I am much more accountable to my workouts when I have a "trainer" in my ear. The app is easy to use and so accessible. I have no excuse not to to workout with Aaptiv.

I started using aaptiv for the outdoor running classes, since i have never been able to get past 3 kms by myself, i have always hated running but it is like a personal challenge i wanna overcome, with aaptive it gets easier, you have someone talking to you and guiding you all the time, i ran 5 kms in just 3 weeks of training with it and now im getting ready to run 10 kms, thank you guys for this! Also loved the yoga workouts! Im actually using everything! Haha

I have only tried some of the running and rowing workouts, but they're excellent. Right now I'm loving Edouard's "Row With Me" class which at about 30 minutes long has me rowing at different speeds, to alternate my heart rate, while getting me off the rower for planks/push-ups/and squats. I also love Meghan's "Progression Pyramid" 40 minute run which has you doing cycles of walking/running/tempo running. It's a challenge for newbie runners, but feels great to finish and the varying pace keeps things interesting.
