Awesome workouts~

I absolutely love Aaptiv. It has changed the way that I work out. I use it literally every day. Ackeem is my favorite trainer, but they’re all great.

I love the fact I don’t have to watch a video. I can just listen and do my thing. I also love you can download workouts and go where the internet is questionable. I only wish there were little diagrams maybe of exercises. I am a seasoned exerciser so I know 99 percent of them. But every now and then there is one that throws me off. If you’re a newbie I can imagine you’re confused

I love this app! I use it almost daily, gives me motivation to push through and do more than I thought I could!

I'm obsessed with aaptiv and tell everyone I know to use it. The concept, music, and trainers are amazing. I find myself pushing harder than I would on my own and am definitely seeing results!

I’ve never worked out harder than with Aaptiv. It takes the guess work out of being active and healthy. I’m able to do all the workouts from home or outside with my 7-month old daughter and I’m almost back to my pre-pregnancy weight!
