SCAM I got a 3 months free service when purchased goods from qvc and first thing this company wants when registering is your payment card details. No thanks

They have been auto-charging me for 3 years without sending an email.. that is so sketchy. I haven't been using their app for years. I just happened to see it on my statement this time. Totally ridiculous.

Avoid at all costs! I tried their site for a while and then did not renew in August 2021. They have taken money from my account today (14 AUGUST 2022) despite me telling them that I am not a member and I do not want to resubscribe. Getting involved with them could cost you USD100 a year … AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I have photographic evidence but there is no way to upload it here

I cancelled my membership many months before my renewal date. They still charged my card $99 for renewal without my permission. I want to be refunded. That is bad business..☹️

Incredibly American in its "whoo YEAH!" attitude, which can get a bit grating. It is also impossible to cancel your subscription, because they will still take money from your account even after cancellation.

I keep cancelling and they keep charging. Really awful service and predatory practice.

Exactly the same problem as everyone down below. Charged me automatic renewal of my annual subscription without informing me. In fact, they charged me on my old cancelled bank card and it still somehow went through to my transaction despite that i never provided my new bank card. They emailed me to update my details because the transaction couldn't go through yet for some reason it has without informing me!!! Difficult to contact their customer support to get a refund and even more difficult to cancel the actual account! Absolute SCAM would not recommend

Not good. Signed up for a free trial but won’t be going ahead. Dreadful music to running workout. No idea of the pace I’m running at as the music is too slow and uninspiring. I don’t want to be addressed as “what’s up guys” at the beginning of every class, maybe that’s because I’m British. Nothing good here for me.
