Aaptive is amazing. There are hundreds of classes in different areas and amazing trainers to suit everyone’s tastes. Everyone is supportive helpful and the staff are superb. It’s the best thing I ever did. I actually want to workout because they make it so much fun and it’s really effective.

I absolutely love Apptiv!! I have been an avid gym member for many years and found it difficult to keep up with workouts on days when I couldn’t make it to the gym, on vacation or when my 3 kids are home from school. Now with Apptiv, I have been able to be consistent and actually look forward to working out!! I haven’t even been to the gym in over 2 months (summer vacation) and I feel like I’m in the best shape I’ve been in in years!! Love all the trainers and feel super motivated by them all! I love this app. My workouts are varied, not boring, and I am able to push myself much farther than I would have believed possible. My running has improved immensely because with a trainer in my ear I have the courage to turn the speed up....something I just didn’t do on my own. Also, I tried shadow boxing and love it.

All there is to do is do it. The trainers are great and classes/programs are for everyone from novice to advanced. You just have to commit and act as if the trainers are physically there by your side. The only person holding you back is yourself in this case. Commit to it and you’ll see the results. It’s just up to you.
