Great workouts, great music. Akeem makes me jump out of bed and into the gym with no hesitation. Rochelle has helped me run faster and longer than anyone else. The only down side for me is there isn't enough heavy lifting classes. But I can not live without this app. So glad it finally came to android.

Aaptiv puts a range of workouts with excellent trainers right in my pocket. I love everything about it. I would love to see a filter in strength training that allows for a focus on a specific body section: upper, lower, core. Thank you!!

They do a great job of being a coach in your ear and keeping you motivated! The one thing that can be a little difficult is they don’t show you what all the exercises are and if you don’t know them it will take a little research, but they are perfect for me with cardio,core and speed work.
