I love this app. It’s changed my life and the way I workout and saved me loads of money as I’ve been able to ditch paying 100$ a month on a gym membership and just use apptive. I’ve never been fitter and have never looked better.

Since I enjoy working out with myself, I love having a trainer in my ear guiding me through these awesome routines.

I enjoy the enthusiasm of the instructors and they coach and talk like I’m right there. Once in awhile I’m not crazy about the music. For the most part it’s pretty good and upbeat! Megan and Benjamin are my favourite coaches! Benjamin always makes me smile and is great coach pushing a little harder (or not, it’s your workout) 😛

I like the motivational coaches, the variety of the workouts, and the music. I feel like I'm running with a coach and partner. They are all good coaches with great techniques to offer.

With Aaptiv I have been able to consistently workout and consistently be in the negative at my weigh-ins. The programs are extremely helpful and the coaches are always encouraging. I just really wish a playlist was available for some of the workouts ;)
