AaptivReviews of aaptiv.com

Love this App! I am a solid customer of Aaptiv and use the app DAILY!! I am 56 years old and I am in the best shape of my life! I started out slow and steady and used all the information available to me. I also love the music and each Instructor has their own style and I can pick and choose depending on my mood! Let this app encourage and change you will listening to positive instruction and fabulous tunes!!

Using this app helps me get through my workouts so much easier than before. I’m a trainer myself and like most people, I workout better and longer with someone in my ear encouraging me.

Love love love this app!

Aaptiv is a one-of-a-kind application that I would recommend to anyone looking for some extra motivation & support to get/stay fit. I started using the app thinking I would cancel after the 30-day free trial, but after the first week of using it, I was hooked!

Really great app. I especially love the marathon training program. Running with a trainer coaching me through each step of the way has really helped with improving my form! I know this is unlikely, but it would be awesome if there could be workouts for cross country skiing!

I love this app! Before aaptiv, I would hop on the treadmill or go outside and do the same run I always did, barely changing it up. As a result, I would run the same pace at every race. Then aaptiv came along. The trainers push me to the next level every single time. As a result, I finally broke my speed barrier.

Love it! Highly motivational. Stretches could be a little better with some modifications for us seniors.

Amazing app! It’s like having a real life personal trainer by my side while working out.
