I was the type of person who had no interest of getting outside to jog, but Aaptiv was the game changer for me. Now I look forward to my workouts and feel amazing when I complete them. Thank you for such a motivating app.

Aaptiv gives me a wide range of workouts right in my phone, with me at any time. I can use it for running coaching on my treadmill or outside, I can do boxing and strength training workouts, bodyweight strength programs with no additional items necessary, or yoga and meditation. It's greatly improved my strength through the programs, the filters are great so you can find something to fit your needs/mood for any given day. And since it's right there on your phone, there's really no excuse to not get it done.

I have weird work hours. Regular classes are not usually available to me when I am up and ready to excercise. Aaptiv is always available and encourages me no matter what day or time it is . It gives me that little extra push to keep working out .

I absolutely love Aaptiv - it's changed my life! I love the enthusiasm and expertise of the trainers, the wealth of choice and the ease of use. I just wish that there was a calendar to track and plan workouts, and more granular filtering, i.e. if I want to do a HIIT elliptical workout or a legs and core bodyweight workout, etc. I really love and depend on this app, and would recommend it to anyone. I live in Australia so was very thankful to download it before it became unavailable here. I don't know what I'd do without it.

I love Aaptiv! It provides such a great variety of workouts and is every bit as effective as going to the gym. I am a runner and am constantly training for races, so I really like both the treadmill and outdoor running workouts. The value can't be beat - $50 for an entire year of hundreds of workouts is amazing.
