Be wary of signing up for a free trial. There is no easy option in the app or on the web to unsubscribe and no timetable of when you do subscribe. You have to go through help and look for unsubscribe then email them a few days before your subscription is up (but how do you know when they don't tell you when it started or how many days before do you need to cancel anyway). Then you will get a fun email saying they will get back to you in a few days? Also no refunds are offered by them at all only a discounted price. So if you do try the free trial cancel right away or better yet, don't sign up at all.

Be warned. The app itself is fine - but there are some SERIOUS customer service issues. I was charged 99.99 not one but TWICE halfway through my free trial. I contacted aaptiv, they told me they couldn't see this or access why this charge was and that I should contact apple. Apple said since the charge from from aaptiv and not the app store and they had no record of it (the charges did not show up under recent purchases in the app store and I did not get a receipt). I had to contact chase and contest the charge, TBD how that turns out, but right now I'm 200 dollars down and won't even be able to use the app. If you read app store reviews it appears that I am not the only one this has happened to. I feel scammed.

I have Sent several emails wanting a refund because you charged me $99 after i CANCELLED. I need A refund ASAP and haven’t gotten any replies from anyone at Aaptiv. I am Super upset, if you’re going to charge customers for something they cancelled at least warn them first and Make it Easier to get a refund!

As with the many other reviewers, I am shocked that this company is not giving refunds, especially in the age of social media and transparency. If a consumer is not happy with a product it's a given that companies make it right and give a refund if asked.

Can somebody please tell me how I can get my money back and cancel my subscription because I can’t afford to pay that much and frankly the app is not worth my $99, wish I had been properly warned before the money was taken because I wouldn’t of paid it

Hi, As many of you before I had a free trial. After only few days I have asked how to cancel my subscription. I have now sent several emails to the customer service team asking how to get the refund of £90.90. All I have is automated email back from them. Never experience such a bad customer service.

I wish I had read the reviews before downloading this app. I downloaded it as there was a "free trial" and I like to try before I buy. I didn't like it or want it anymore so I deleted it and canceled the trial so I didn't get charged when the trial ended. However, now after a month of not even having the app, I find a withdrawal in my bank account from this company!!!!! As have the many other people within these reviews! No phone number is terrible. And I want my money back ASAP! This is absolutely unnecessary. If you are going to claim you have a "FREE TRIAL" and that if you CANCEL within the trial time you won't be charged, you should live up to that claim!!!!

Absoutely shocking experience. Please avoid this company. They have no contact number which is ridiculous for this day and age. Only automated emails, I want my refund and im determined to get it. Beware AAPTIV, i will continue to give the worst reviews on your company until i get my refund / you are an absolute disgrace and should be shutdown.
