I want my money back. 100,99€ for an annual experience without any email or anything. I cancelled my subscription via Itunes within the 30 days so I want all my money back. I know I have to make the request to Apple but this is just so unacceptable. So disappointed with this company.

Opted for the free version of the app, which i then never used, only to be charged £90 which will send me careering into debt. I don't want unlimited classes - why would you have a free version and then automatically pass people onto the version that is to be charged for. What a scam. Have contacted them and await reply.

I signed up for this app wanting to try to figure out how there schedules an fitness plans was. I started my free trial gave them no consent to my card or anything to do with my bank account. Well I didn’t want to keep the app so I deleted it thinking it was canceled but here I am a month later with a charge to my card for 100$. I’m trying to reach out for a refund ASAP !!!

I’ve been trying to contact the team for DAYS. I signed up for the free trial but never used it; I cancelled it and I still see a 100$ charge from them to my iTunes account. I’ve never used the app, and I’m requesting for a refund but they are not responding to my inquiries. I am absolutely appalled by the extreme scam that I have faced with this product. I downloaded this app to trial out the free trial period and was astonished to realize through randomly checking my purchase history that i was charged £90.99 on the 1st of Feb for a subscription that I never consented to and was never given information for. I have probably used the app for less than five minutes in total and have in fact removed it from my phone, only to find this heinous bill a month later thanks to me randomly checking my bank account. It’s not an app that I will be using so this amount of money, and the way that it was charged is completely unethical. I request that you resolve this by the 8th of March, otherwise you leave me no choice but to escalate matters. I tried to find a phone number and couldn’t find one and then stumbled upon this. Please contact me with the full refund and compensation ASAP. Thanks

It looks like I am having a very similar problem - I tried the "free 30 day trial" on Feb. 28th and two days later I was charged the annual fee, over $100, to my account. I emailed them right away explaining the problem but now, four days later, I still have not heard anything. I am calling Apple Support to try to remedy the problem but I would really like to be refunded as soon as possible. This is unacceptable, especially as I am a college student and the charge to my account is something I absolutely cannot afford.

I have sent the emails about subscription cancellation and all that I received is an automatic reply. Please help me cancel my subscription before being charged mistakenly without using the app. PLEASEEE!!!!

I downloaded the app for 2 days during the free trial period. I was charged the annual subscription without my consent and knowledge. R1600 was deducted from my account, when I didn’t even have the app on my phone. Can’t believe that I was charged during a FREE trial period.
